Daniel Catalá Pérez, Associate Professor at the Universitat Politècnica de València, holds a degree in Public Management and Administration (National Award) and a PhD in Business Administration and Management from UPV, with an international doctorate and a Ministry scholarship. He has a double master's degree in Business, Product, and Service Management (UPV and University of Ansbach), as well as a master's in Scientific Culture and Innovation (University of Oviedo-UPV). He has worked at the Center for Human and Social Sciences of the CSIC and at the CIS, and has been a visiting researcher in Germany, Slovakia, and at the University of Helsinki. He teaches in the Department of Business Organization at UPV and in the Master's in Public Policy Evaluation at the University of Seville, and served as President of the Spanish Evaluation Society (SEE) for the 2020-2024 period.
