Carlos Baixauli leads the Cajamar Experimental Station in Paiporta (Valencia), Spain, where he has built his scientific career since 1992. With a PhD in Agronomy from the Universitat Politècnica de València, he has established himself as an expert in crop research, specializing in the growth, development, and quality assessment of various vegetables including tomatoes, peppers, artichokes, watermelons, and eggplants. As an Associate Professor at UPV since 2009, his academic contributions include 16 book chapters, 11 scientific papers in ISI journals, 48 publications in popular science journals, and 63 conference presentations. His research impact extends through his involvement in 24 research projects, including 7 international and 17 national initiatives. Dr. Baixauli's expertise in Mediterranean agriculture and crop management has earned him positions on various national and international congress organizing committees, making him a respected figure in agricultural research and development.

Veteran Computer Science Educator and Research Expert

Laura Grindei is an Associate Professor at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (TUCN), where she has dedicated over 25 years to the Department of Electrotechnics and Measurement in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. After graduating from the Faculty of Automation and Computer Science in 1993, she earned her PhD in Engineering Sciences from TUCN in 2004. Her teaching portfolio encompasses both Bachelor and Master Programs, specializing in Computer Programming Languages, Multimedia Application Design, User Interface Design, and Database Systems. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated significant research prowess, contributing more than 40 research papers to International Conferences and serving as an IT expert in over 20 international and national research projects. Her expertise in educational technology and computer science has made her a valuable asset to TUCN's academic community.
