Her expertise spans across education technology, software development, and academic innovation, making her a leading voice in transforming educational practices through technological advancement. Donna Murdoch is a distinguished expert in digital transformation and learning technologies, serving as an instructor in the VOLT program at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. Her comprehensive academic background includes a B.S. in Media and Technology from Villanova University, followed by both an M.A. in Learning Technologies Design and an Ed.D. in Adult Learning and Organizational Leadership from Columbia University Teachers College.
