Michael Nebeling is an Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan, where he holds positions in both the School of Information and the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He leads the Information Interaction Lab, which focuses on developing new methods, tools, and technologies that enhance user interaction with information. His research aims to create more intuitive and effective user interfaces, making technology more accessible and impactful. Prior to his current role, he was a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at Carnegie Mellon University and ETH Zurich, where he earned his PhD.
