Geoffrey Milsom serves as a Supply Chain Fellow in the Center for Supply Chain Management at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, where he bridges industry capabilities with academic excellence. As an Adjunct Professor, he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Supply Chain Management, Global Trade, and Transportation, while also leading student teams in the Maryland Global Consulting Program. His expertise spans strategy, sourcing, system implementations, and analytics, having worked with major companies including CVS Health, Nestle, Kraft, Sephora, and Koch Industries. His career includes roles as a transportation management system super-user, account manager for a parcel and LTL 3PL, and operations manager for a same-day delivery business. Currently, he is leading a new course on digital transformation in supply chain, focusing on helping organizations rethink their business models, processes, and data structures
