This module explores the emotional intelligence model, helping learners understand their emotions in real-time, how they respond to their emotions, and how to recognize what others are feeling. It introduces the core concepts of emotional intelligence and its application.

This module provides practical guidance on building emotional intelligence, focusing on growing emotional self-awareness, fine-tuning emotional responses, becoming an astute observer of others' emotions, and developing appropriate responses to others' emotional states.

This module explores the concept of emotional style, covering self-awareness, resilience, attention, outlook, social intuition, and sensitivity to context. It helps learners understand different aspects of emotional processing and how they influence workplace interactions.

This module contains the final assessment for the course, allowing learners to demonstrate their understanding of emotions and emotional intelligence concepts learned throughout the previous modules. It includes a comprehensive exam and a feedback survey.
