As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and ELAM alumna, she combines her expertise in healthcare economics with leadership development, particularly focusing on mentoring early-career researchers and faculty. Her research focuses on healthcare systems organization and financing, with emphasis on behavioral health.
