He now owns a Leadership Coaching and Consulting practice, in addition to his teaching. He specializes in Leadership development and training executives to perform at their very best under stressful situations. A personal area of interest is performance psychology, in sports and business. His belief is that owning your “mental game” is the secret to being a warrior in whatever endeavor you pursue.
