After more than 20 years in corporate roles, she founded Kelton Legend in February 2017, a talent acquisition consulting firm specializing in strategy, process, resource management, diversity, career coaching, and HR technology. Kelton Legend partners with several technology companies in the talent acquisition space. Kimberly is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including those hosted by the National Diversity Council, ERE, Smart Recruiters, and the Human Capital Institute. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Wilberforce University, a PMP certification, and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
