Rebecca N. Bleibaum, M.A., is a distinguished figure in the field of sensory and consumer research, boasting over 35 years of experience. She serves as the Chief Sensory Officer at Dragonfly SCI and has held significant roles, including past Chair for ASTM E-18 on Sensory Evaluation. Her contributions to the field have been recognized with the UC Davis Extension Outstanding Service Award in 2016. Bleibaum is a co-author of the widely used textbook Sensory Evaluation Practices (Fifth Edition, 2021) and has edited key publications such as the ASTM International Manual 13 on Descriptive Analysis Testing. Her academic credentials include a B.S. from U.C. Davis and an M.A. in Physiological Psychology and Psychophysics from Washington University.
