His expertise includes organizational development, change management, and executive search, complemented by his experience in designing workshops on topics like communication and adaptive leadership. Before consulting, Daniel was the executive artistic director at Plays & Players Theatre in Philadelphia, where he directed over thirty plays. He holds an MBA in Innovation & Strategy from UC Davis and has won the international PwC/U21 Innovation Challenge. Additionally, he studied International Business at Lappeenranta University of Technology in Finland and led a capstone project for a European Fortune 500 technology company.

Cleveland Justis is the principal at the Potrero Group and director of the Executive Leadership Program at the University of California, Davis. With over 25 years of experience as an accomplished organizational leader in both environmental and entrepreneurial sectors, he has held faculty positions at prestigious institutions such as UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and Georgetown University. Cleveland is a sought-after keynote speaker, having presented at notable events including Net Impact and the Ahwahnee Conference. He earned his MBA in strategic management and finance from UC Davis Graduate School of Management and his PhD in social entrepreneurship from the same institution. His research interests encompass public/private partnerships, entrepreneurship, network analysis, and innovation.
