Cintia Biondi is a professor at the University of Palermo, specializing in Human Resources. She holds a degree in Human Resources from the University of Palermo and is certified as a Chief Happiness Officer in Corporate Well-being. Biondi has a 20-year career in public service, having worked with the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. She has held roles such as Director of the postgraduate program in Mammography and Project Manager for Human Resources in the COVID-19 Vaccination Centers project, both within the Ministry of Health. Currently, Biondi serves as an advisor in the Subsecretariat of Political Affairs at the Ministry of Government. In the private sector, she advises companies on change management, cultural transformation, recruitment, selection, training, and development through her consultancy. She teaches courses related to talent management and is also involved in teaching subjects like Organizational Psychology at the University of Palermo
