Her influential work includes groundbreaking studies on COVID-19 vaccine misinformation, corporate sustainability reporting, and crisis communication strategies on Chinese social media platforms. As a highly cited researcher, her publications in prestigious journals have shaped understanding of corporate communication in Greater China, while her innovative approaches to health crisis communication and social media engagement have earned her multiple teaching and research awards.
