Global Strategy and Innovation Expert

Juan Antonio Enciso González is a seasoned academic and business strategist, currently serving as a full-time professor at EGADE Business School, Tecnológico de Monterrey. He holds a B.A. in Economics and a Master’s in Administration from ITESM, along with a Master’s in International Management for Latin America from Thunderbird School of Global Management & ITESM. He also earned a PhD in Public Policy from EGAP ITESM. His career spans both public and private sectors, including roles at Mexico’s Ministry of Commerce (SECOFI), Nortel Networks, Tyco Electronics, and Elcoteq. He is also the deputy director of the consulting firm Global Trends of Mexico. Enciso currently directs the OneMBA and the MBA in Global Business & Strategy at EGADE and teaches courses on International Management, Leadership, and Global Strategy. He has led various EU-funded international cooperation projects and previously directed the Master’s in International Business (MIB). On edX, he teaches several key programs including Digital Strategy and Transformation, Leadership in the Digital Age, and Global Environment and Trends in Technological Innovation.

Innovation and Technology Leadership Expert

Arcadio Luis Guevara is a professor at EGADE Business School, Tecnológico de Monterrey, with a background in Mechanical Engineering from La Salle University and an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey. He has over 25 years of experience in business and technology, having worked with Andersen Consulting and Neoris on international innovation projects across Europe and the Americas. He leads the Center of Technological Innovation at Accenture Monterrey and is a prominent advocate of Accenture’s annual tech vision. Guevara has also trained at MIT in Digital Transformation and is certified in Blue Ocean Strategy. On edX, he teaches courses such as Digital Strategy and Transformation, Leadership in the Digital Age, and Global Environment and Trends in Technological Innovation.
