Este curso integral se enfoca en desarrollar una mentalidad emprendedora en un mundo Volátil, Incierto, Complejo, Hiperconectado y Ambiguo (VUCHA). El curso aborda estrategias, herramientas y conceptos fundamentales que los emprendedores utilizan para innovar en el mercado y escalar sus emprendimientos. Los participantes aprenderán a validar problemas y sus soluciones (Problem-Solution Fit), determinar si un producto tiene aceptación en el mercado (Product-Market Fit) y cómo escalar emprendimientos (Business Model Fit). A través de cuatro módulos, el curso cubre emprendimiento innovador, emprendimiento esbelto, diseño de modelos de negocio y emprendimiento corporativo. Los estudiantes explorarán las megatendencias sociales y tecnológicas, aprenderán a construir modelos de negocio efectivos, y comprenderán los procesos de pivoteo e iteración para adaptar sus ideas al mercado. El curso incluye contenido teórico, aplicación práctica y evaluación entre pares para desarrollar habilidades críticas en el entorno empresarial actual.

Throughout his career, Dr. Moya Dávila has worked as an advisor to companies, assisting in the establishment of corporate governance bodies and capital budgeting policies. His extensive expertise and contributions in the field have led to his current position as the Director of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Technological Innovation at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
