Dr. Santiago José Vázquez Blanco is a highly accomplished academic and professional with over 25 years of experience in leadership, people management, and organizational behavior, particularly in the energy and telecommunications sectors across Spain, the Dominican Republic, and the Philippines. Holding a PhD in Economics from the University of Santiago de Compostela and degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid, he has also graduated from the Executive Development Program (PDD) at IESE Business School, University of Navarra. Dr. Vázquez is a professor, speaker, and consultant specializing in motivation, leadership, coaching, and workplace happiness.
