As Leader of the Thematic Area Research Group in Leadership, his research focuses on how values shape leadership and well-being, with particular interest in problem-solving, negotiation, and innovative design. His notable publications include work on physician humility, gratitude, and decision-making bias, with his research earning the Best Article Award from the Academy of Management's Organizational Behavior Division. At EGADE Business School's Santa Fe campus, he teaches courses in leadership and organizational behavior while continuing his research on ethics, motivation, and decision-making in organizational contexts
