With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Molecular Biotechnology and a Doctorate in Management Studies focusing on Entrepreneurial Finance, she leads groundbreaking initiatives at the intersection of science and business. As a post-doc researcher and project leader at the Chair in Entrepreneurial Finance, she heads the BMBF-funded research project 'Biotech Ecosystem Germany' and has developed an innovative edX course program 'Realizing Biotech Innovation - A Business Guide for Scientists.' Her unique background enables her to bridge the gap between scientific innovation and market implementation, helping biotechnology entrepreneurs navigate business challenges and secure financial resources for their ventures
