Subrat Kumar Sundar Ray, currently serving as Deputy General Manager at State Bank of India, brings over three decades of comprehensive banking and training expertise. A multifaceted professional, he holds a Post Graduate degree in Political Science from Delhi University, an LL.B. from Berhampur University, and professional certifications including CAIIB and a Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD. His expertise spans organizational behavior, leadership development, and human process facilitation, enhanced by advanced training from prestigious institutions like the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences and the Association for Talent Development, USA. As a Certified Coach from CLI, Canada, he has significantly contributed to executive learning and mass internal communication programs, particularly during his tenure as faculty at the State Bank Staff College, Hyderabad. Beyond his professional achievements, he is an accomplished photographer and ornithologist, having authored a coffee table book on birds, while maintaining his passion for reading, traveling, and music. His current role involves developing thought leadership programs and executive presence training at SBI, where he continues to shape the next generation of banking professionals through innovative learning methodologies and organizational development initiatives.
