His expertise in mentoring teams and handling new projects has made him a valuable asset in developing the next generation of banking professionals.

Venkateswara Rao Bayya serves as Assistant General Manager (Faculty) at State Bank of India, bringing 24 years of comprehensive banking experience since joining SBI in 1998. With a postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering and additional certifications including JAIIB, CAIIB, and Oracle Certified Professional, he has built extensive expertise across multiple banking domains.
