Costa coordinates the executive program in Patient Access & Government Affairs: Value-Based Market Access and teaches Pharmaceutical Policy in the full-time master program in healthcare management (MiMS). His research focuses on three main areas: economic evaluations of healthcare technologies, analysis of health technology markets, and Market and Patient Access. His contributions to the field include numerous publications in international peer-reviewed journals, regular authorship of the healthcare expenditure chapter in the OASI report, and articles in "Il Sole 24 Ore Sanità." His practical experience includes roles in multinational pharmaceutical corporations in Market Access and New Business Development, and he frequently serves on advisory boards for pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
