Daniel Trabucchi is a Senior Assistant Professor at the School of Management, Politecnico di Milano, where he also serves as a senior researcher in the LEADIN’Lab, a hub for leadership, design, and innovation studies. His expertise lies in Innovation Management, with a focus on Platform Thinking, Agile Project Management, and the human aspects of innovation, particularly engagement through the IDeaLs research platform. Additionally, he co-founded Symplatform, a symposium dedicated to digital platforms that encourages constructive dialogue among scholars and practitioners in the field.

Tommaso Buganza is a Full Professor of Leadership & Innovation at the School of Management, Politecnico di Milano. He is also a co-founder of LEADIN’Lab, a laboratory dedicated to leadership, design, and innovation. With a focus on innovation management and project management, he teaches various courses across multiple academic levels, including bachelor's programs, MBAs, and executive education.
