Master collaboration processes within organizations and across supply chains in this 8-week ISCEA course, second step toward CSCM certification.
Master collaboration processes within organizations and across supply chains in this 8-week ISCEA course, second step toward CSCM certification.
This comprehensive course details the main processes that enable collaboration within organizations among Value Chain members, and with customers and suppliers throughout the entire Supply Chain. It's designed for professionals who lead collaborative processes: Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)/Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within the organization, and Customer Relationship Management and Supplier Relationship Management externally. The curriculum explains how S&OP/IBP is a tactical planning process that achieves and maintains a balance between demand and supply, integrating and reconciling short-term operational planning with long-term strategic planning. This planning process includes portfolio product management, demand management, and supply management. Additionally, relationship management integrates key business processes with different organizational areas that contribute to their execution. These processes extend beyond organizational boundaries downstream in the supply chain through Customer Relationship Management and upstream through Supplier Relationship Management. The course also details the operation of collaborative processes such as VMI and CPFR, and the technological tools that support all supply chain business processes. This is the second of three required courses for the internationally recognized ISCEA Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) certification, offered completely in Spanish. To become an ISCEA Certified Supply Chain Manager, you must complete all three preparatory courses and successfully pass the CSCM exam.
