This comprehensive course provides tools for identifying improvement opportunities and implementing enhancements that result in better Supply Chain performance. The curriculum covers methodologies including Lean for systematically reducing wastes like delays, excess inventories, and over-processing; Six Sigma for reducing process variability and improving quality; Theory of Constraints (TOC); Demand-Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP); and Demand-Driven Supply Chain concepts. You'll also develop essential skills for implementing these improvement tools, covering topics such as leadership, change management, and project management. Additionally, the course introduces sustainable supply chain concepts and indicators for measuring and improving supply chain financial performance. This is the third of three required courses for the internationally recognized ISCEA Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) certification, offered completely in Spanish. The CSCM certificate is widely recognized globally as it guarantees that its holder is capable of managing and directing supply chain activities in organizations. The International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA) was the first organization to certify Supply Chain Managers worldwide and remains the global authority for validating Supply Chain careers, with thousands of certified professionals earning top-tier salaries. To become an ISCEA Certified Supply Chain Manager, you must complete all three preparatory courses and successfully pass the CSCM exam.
