Sourav Mukherji serves as Dean of Alumni Relations & Development at IIM Bangalore, where he teaches Organization Design and Inclusive Business Models. After earning his BTech from IIT Kharagpur and Fellowship from IIM Bangalore, he built industry experience at IBM, Oracle, and Boston Consulting Group before joining academia in 2003. Through his leadership roles including Dean of Academic Programmes (2015-2018), Chairperson of MBA Programme (2014-2015), and founding Chair of IIMB's Centre for Teaching and Learning, he has shaped management education while advancing research on inclusive business models. His excellence in teaching has earned him the IIMB Alumni Award for Faculty of the Year, IBM Faculty Award, and Chair Professor of Excellence. Beyond academia, he volunteers with Runners High, coaching recreational runners to raise funds for underprivileged children's education, while his book "Inclusive Business Models" (Cambridge University Press, 2021) reflects his commitment to sustainable social enterprise development.
