She holds multiple degrees, including a PhD from Universidad de Alcalá and an MEd from UNED, alongside her undergraduate and master's degrees from the University of Central Florida and the University of Florida, respectively. Dr. Ferro specializes in interculturality and inclusion, providing mentorship and support to higher education communities and families of neurodiverse children. She is also a certified ADHD coach through her consultancy, The Zunzún, where she focuses on executive functions coaching

Itziar Vizcaino Toscano is a seasoned Senior Human Resources and Talent Management Executive, recognized for her expertise in leading organizational transformations with a focus on diversity and inclusion. With a Master’s in Human Resources from IE Business School and a BA in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, she has further enhanced her qualifications through specialized training at Cornell University. Currently, she serves as the Human Resources Director for Iberia at MetLife and leads diversity initiatives for Western and Central Europe, emphasizing the importance of inclusion as a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
