Module Description
This course focuses on enhancing chatbot intelligence using IBM Watson services. Students will learn to leverage Watson Discovery to extract valuable insights from structured and unstructured data repositories. The curriculum covers creating queries in Discovery to reveal answers and patterns from large datasets, analyzing hotel reviews, and integrating Discovery with other Watson services including Assistant, Tone Analyzer, and Personal Insights. Participants will build a fully functional AI chatbot that can provide information about the best hotels in different US cities based on analyzed review data. By the end of the course, students will have practical experience in combining multiple Watson services to create sophisticated AI applications and will be able to apply these techniques to their own datasets.
