Leadership Challenge: Apply Inspirational Skills

This module introduces the Relational Circuit and focuses on the holistic perception of a personal leadership challenge. Students share their perception of their chosen challenge.

This module focuses on gathering and analyzing relevant data for the personal leadership challenge without judgment. Students learn to keep data intact for future exploitation.

This module explores the process of connecting the dots and making sense of the situation. It incorporates management innovation research and narrative techniques for a clear understanding of the leadership challenge.

This module focuses on exploring possible solutions to the leadership challenge using the "what if" approach. Students validate new solutions through narrative and demonstrate leadership skills through communication and persuasive arguments.

This module is the first part of resolving the leadership challenge by building sense and creating value. Students answer questions about their ideas to resolve their Capstone challenge.

In this final module, students create a video presentation of their ideas, showcasing how they resolve their leadership challenge and create value. This module concludes the capstone project.
