Dr. Nan Langowitz, Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship and Chair of the Management Division at Babson College, is a distinguished scholar and educator with over 25 years of experience in management pedagogy and curriculum innovation. As the Founding Director of Babson's Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership (2000-2007) and former Associate Dean in the F.W. Olin Graduate School (2013-2016), Dr. Langowitz has been instrumental in advancing women's entrepreneurial leadership and gender equality in business education. Her research focuses on entrepreneurial leadership, organizational innovation, and diversity in business, with numerous publications in scholarly journals and contributions to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor reports. At Babson, she teaches courses on leadership, organizational behavior, and managing diversity, while also serving as Faculty Director of the Leadership and Influence Program in Babson Executive Education. Dr. Langowitz's contributions have been recognized with awards including the Dean's Teaching Award (2009), Babson College Alumni Distinguished Faculty Leadership Award (2010), and the Abigail Adams Award (2002). Through her course "Entrepreneurial Leadership Toolbox" and involvement in the "Entrepreneurial Mindset and Leadership" Professional Certificate program, Dr. Langowitz continues to shape the next generation of diverse, innovative business leaders.
