The course guides participants through creating a personal teaching philosophy, designing detailed lesson plans, developing a week-long curriculum, and sharing teaching tips with peers. The final project requires students to deliver and record a micro-teaching session, demonstrating their ability to implement effective teaching strategies. Upon successful completion and expert review of all components, participants earn the Arizona State University 150-hour TESOL Certificate, providing professional credentials for English language teaching worldwide.
