Dr. Lauren Duncan is the William R. Kenan, Jr. Professor of Psychology at Smith College, where she has established herself as a leading expert in political psychology and social activism. After earning her Ph.D. in Personality Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Women's Studies from the University of Michigan, she has dedicated her career to understanding the psychological underpinnings of political activism and social change
