Alex Mannella has established himself as a leading authority in data analytics and customer value management, drawing from his experience as a founding Partner in PwC's Information and Analytics Practice. His expertise spans customer value management (CVM), response modeling, database marketing, and data mining, with significant achievements in developing segmentation algorithms and artificial intelligence applications. Prior to PwC, as head of research at Econometrics, Inc., he led the redesign of a national database containing over 180 million records and developed the influential life-stage variable for CRM analysis. His academic influence extends across prestigious institutions as a guest lecturer at UCLA, Stanford, ITAM, Universidad de los Andes, IIM-B, and ISB.
