MyCaptain offers comprehensive career services through its Placement Assurance program, designed to guide learners from skill-building to employment in creative and digital fields. Participants complete expert-mentored projects, benchmark tests assessing core concepts, and placement qualification interviews to prove job readiness before accessing the placement network. The platform provides mock interviews, resume building, and personalized support, with dedicated teams conducting sessions to boost confidence for real interviews.
