About IIT Indore

Established in 2009, IIT Indore is one of the eight new Indian Institutes of Technology. Located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, the institute spans across 501.42 acres at its permanent Simrol campus. Originally starting operations from a temporary campus at the Institute of Engineering and Technology of Devi Ahilya University, it moved to its permanent location in February 2016. The institute has rapidly emerged as a premier center for engineering education and research, offering comprehensive programs across engineering, technology, and sciences.
