Students receive extensive pre-placement training including soft skills development, technical skills enhancement, and personality development workshops. The CDC maintains strong relationships with industry partners and organizes regular recruitment drives, career fairs, and industry-academia interface sessions. The placement process begins with career counseling in the early years of study and continues through final placements, with additional support for summer internships and live projects.
